Are the plots of land Turkish or Greek owned?
We provide various plots of land with different ownerships, our mountain top plots are a hunderd percent Turkish owned, but we sell Greek owned plots too and we make sure the land ownership is transferred smoothly.
which documents do I need to start the land buying process?
you need a national ID or Passport and the proof of necessary funds
What is the security deposit?
the security deposit is 10% of the total amount to be paid on the plot.
What are the taxes associated with plots of land in North-Cyprus
..........and we pay 50% of the tax
Is there any price change when the electricity and water are not yet available in the area?
We do our best to bring utilities in the area where we sell our plots but in case of the absence of electricity we give a 25% discount on the original price of the plot.
Can you assist me with the loan process to secure funds for payment?
Yes we would gladly help you secure your funds for real estate purchase but it would have to be from a TRNC bank.
How many plots of land can one individual buy?
The government regulates how many plots a non-Turkish Cypriot can buy and pending updates an individual can buy One plot of land.
Can I pay in instalments?

What can I use the purchased plot of land for?
We don't sell land for agricultural purposes, the land can be used for construction of Villas.
Is there a plan of development of other properties or more infrastructures like markets around your plots of land?
Yes, there are plans to develop infrastructures and therefore add value to the plots of land we are selling.
Can I resell the plot of land or the developed property?
Yes! once you purchase the plot of land it is yours and the properties that you can develop thereafter.
Do you offer a variety of land plots and pricing options?
Yes! our prices vary according to size and location of the plot of land. Plots with a seaside view are priced higher than those without.
